As the 2008 Indiana State Human Resources Conference approaches, the Conference Committee members are in the process of finalizing the many plans that make this event so successful. As with previous conferences, we have a need for a number of volunteers to assist with different functions during this event.

Some of the activities utilizing volunteers include; attendee packet preparation, exhibit hall registration, attendee registration, exhibit hall information booth, hand-out distribution, concurrent session sign posting, room assisting, and speaker introductions. The length of time a volunteer can help may be as brief as one hour.

The Committee is looking forward to a great conference again this year and our volunteers play a key part. Your help is most appreciated. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me or send an email.
